The listed 32 questions are commonly accepted as the most observed F(ears), A(nxieties), W(eaknesses) and S(truggles) or "FAWS" as they are called, across a range of Anxiety and Personality Disorders.
Please answer as honestly as possible, you’re only fooling yourself if you don’t.
It’s OK and perfectly normal to answer SOMETIMES… REMEMBER we all “struggle” at everything once in a while, that’s normal and healthy.
Please note, these questions were designed to try to identify what type of Personality Disorder someone might have BUT there is strong research to support that P.D. sufferers may well have an Anxiety Disorder as their ‘baseline’, and if not then anxiety certainly features large on their horizon.
The point we are constantly trying to make is that whatever disorder you may or may not have, undiagnosed or completely certified, you will certainly have trouble with several of the FAWS… so until you identify and learn to cope with the cause(s) of your condition please take the time to tame or manage your symptoms or FAWS… your life will be so much better.
